A little background on the Gurus
DTF Tech Gurus is an employee-owned company dedicated exclusively to providing technical support for DTF printing systems. Founded by Scott Hopper and Steve Southard, our team includes seasoned technicians Adam Esselman and Zach Young, who bring extensive expertise in consultation services, repairs and installation, and troubleshooting large-scale DTF production programs.
Our mission is straightforward: to deliver fast, knowledgeable, and practical technical support for production print shops, minimizing the delays and high costs often associated with large corporate distributors.
In August 2025, DTF Tech Gurus introduced its innovative Remote Support Services platform, which has quickly gained a growing subscriber base. Our support now extends to Binterjet DTF platforms, including systems branded as Velox, Velox Plus, Nusign FTG 3200-60/66, and Spartan, with more platforms being added regularly.
Our ticketing and remote-support system is purpose-built to maintain the efficiency of production environments, providing customers with access to expert technicians who appreciate the urgency and demands of high-volume DTF printing.
