Do you work on our printer?

There are a couple different names for the Binterjet printer which is manufactured in Indonesia (X5 DTF, Velox Plus, Velox, Spartan, Binterjet, Nusign and many more names). Many have put different names, wraps, etc to make their printer look different from the competitor, but at the end of the day, many of these units are manufactured in the same plant. If your printer is set up with BYHX boards, chances are we can work on it. Just let us know where you got your printer and the model. We'll let you know if we can help with the service.

Can I just give you a call?

Many times our technicians are on the road so the best way to contact us is through the contact us page. We'll call you back, don't worry we aren't selling your contact info, we don't have a dedicated person waiting for calls.

What are your rates?

For on-site service our technicians charge $1200 a day plus expenses. If you are going to work on the machine yourself but would like remote service from our technician it is $100 per hour (minimum of 1 hour-payment in advance) Customers of Imperialdtf.com may qualify for free remote service.

I'm new to DTF Where Can I go For Help?

We don’t post our phone number to avoid being inundated with calls from salespeople looking for technical support. We prefer to provide remote assistance for printers when needed.
